I've been in your shoes. My firstborn was a dependable sleeper—until he turned two and morphed into a bedtime dictator.
Suddenly, every night was ruled by his demands, and my husband and I were at his mercy.
We tried cry-it-out (a disaster), switched to co-sleeping (no luck), and eventually found ourselves bed-hopping, stumbling around in search of extra milk and missing toys, anything to coax him back to sleep and get a few hours of rest.

Those exhausting nights were a turning point for me. I realised there had to be a better way. That experience sparked my journey to becoming a parenting coach, and over the next 20 years, I refined and tested what has become the SLEEP Method.
